How to rent your best gravel road bikes in Japan with Bicycle Rental Japan.
Step 1 : Book online easily.
- Book your bikes on our website here. (Available for desktop and smartphones)
- You can reserve it from 60 days until 17:00 (Japan Time) of the 3rd day before your preferred schedule
- You will receive our confirmation through email.
- Just bring yourself since you will have done everything on line. (note: This does not belong here. I moved it to Step 3.)
- You need to bring your driver’s license or ID or insurance card or passport or residence card on that day. (note: moved to Step 3)
Step 2 : Choose your plan
There are 2 plans you may choose from depending on your needs:
- Basic plan (bike – includes helmet and tool kit)
- Standard plan (bike – includes helmet, tool kit, bag)
Step 3 : Fill in the form
- Please fill in your name, Email, phone number, nationality, your height and weight in our order form found in the website.
- Please choose your pick up day/time and drop off day/time from our form.
- Lastly, please select whether for pick up or delivery.
- If pickup, you can meet us at either JR Funabashi station, KEISEI Funabashi station, JR Tsudanuma station.
- If delivery, please fill in details about your accommodations. (Hotel name or address.)
After that, the total price will pop up so pease click “Reserve”.
Step 4 : On Departure day
- Just bring yourself since you will have done everything online.
- You need to bring and present one of the following for identification: driver’s license, passport, insurance card or any pertinent documentation with your photo imposed.
- Our staff will teach you how to ride a gravel bike and give a brief lesson on Japanese traffic rules and our insurance policies.
- Our staff will adjust the bike for you.
- Please follow bicycle etiquette.
